Refund policy

At House of JEBO, every item is custom made to order. Because each piece is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preference, or order errors made by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at designerjebo1x@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you. Items reported outside the 7-day window may not be eligible.

How to Start a Return Email designerjebo1x@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Do not send items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items Custom-made products, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds Once a return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at designerjebo1x@gmail.com.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period Customers in the EU may cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, regardless of whether the item is custom made.
