At House of JEBO, we ship worldwide and work with trusted production partners across the globe to ensure every order is fulfilled with care, precision, and efficiency. Our goal is to deliver a smooth, luxury experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

Order Processing

Each item is made to order. This allows us to maintain quality, reduce waste, and ensure every piece is produced with intention.
Processing times may vary depending on the product, but most orders begin production within 2–5 business days.

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location and the fulfillment facility that produces your item. I partner with multiple global facilities, and your order will typically be routed to the location closest to you to reduce delivery times.

Estimated shipping windows:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 5–12 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days
  • Express & Priority Shipping Priority carrier upgrades are available at checkout for faster delivery. Please note that standard production time (2–5 business days) applies to all orders regardless of shipping method selected. Express options reduce transit time only, not production time.

Global Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. Because our products are fulfilled in different regions depending on availability and production capabilities, your order may ship from the United States, Europe, Asia, or other international locations.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Most orders arrive with no additional fees, but some countries may apply customs duties, VAT, or handling charges upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are outside of our control.

Customs duties, VAT, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. In rare cases where unexpected customs charges occur, please contact us at designerjebo1x@gmail.com and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, I can reship it once the correct address is provided, but additional shipping fees may apply.

If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, contact me and I will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges for size or preference.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact me within 7 days of delivery and I will replace it at no cost to you.
