Welcome to House of JEBO. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to House of JEBO. This website is hosted on Shopify Inc. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS All products are custom made to order. Colors and appearance may vary slightly from screen displays. Product descriptions are subject to change without notice.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by House of JEBO. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is required before an order is accepted. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes, shipping fees, and customs duties are not included in posted prices and are the responsibility of the buyer.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY House of JEBO is not liable for shipping or delivery delays once an order has been transferred to a carrier. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon carrier transfer.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content, branding, and materials on this site are owned by House of JEBO and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Use is permitted for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS We may provide access to third-party tools on an "as is" basis with no warranties or conditions of any kind. Your use of optional tools is entirely at your own risk.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS Our site may contain links to third-party websites. House of JEBO is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of any third-party sites.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. Shopify provides the commerce platform but is not a party to any transaction between House of JEBO and its customers.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you submit to us may be used by House of JEBO without restriction or compensation to you. By submitting feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it in any manner.
